Our marquee event is the National FaceOff Combine.  THIS IS AN INVITE ONLY EVENT FOR THE NATION'S TOP HIGH SCHOOL FACEOFF SPECIALISTS. This year's Combine will be held the weekend of November 7-8 at the Georgia Soccer Park in Atlanta, GA.  Last winter's Combine featured players from 18 different states.  To see what colleges former NFC competitors have ended up at, scroll to the bottom of this page to see the rosters from previous years.  Our players have moved on to such national powers as Syracuse, Duke, Ohio State, UMass, Middlebury, and many others.

There will be extensive clinic/skill components as well as a competition at the conclusion of the weekend to determine an individual FO champion.  The top high school and prep level FO specialists in the country will be invited to this event.  Included in the technical portion will be video analysis and classroom sessions, as well as significant on-field instruction and work.

Players who have yet to commit to a college have the advantage of excellent exposure to many college coaches at this event.  Those who are already set on their college choice can enjoy the best faceoff instruction available as well as the highest level of HS FO competition ever assembled in one place.

Our invite list is nearly full, yet we have a few slots remaining to be filled.  To be considered for invitation, we are accepting nominations through October 1st.  Nominations should include full athletic and academic info (stats, honors, GPA, and test scores) as well as references.  These can be emailed to:

   1st ANNUAL NATIONAL FO COMBINE

February 16-17, 2008
at The SportsWorld in Tewksbury, MA

The First Annual National Faceoff Combine was a huge success.  32 of the top FO specialists across the nation gathered for competition, learning, and exposure to college coaches.  On staff were Division 1 coaches from Dartmouth, Brown, and UMass, as well as a former coach of Johns Hopkins.  Also in attendance scouting were D3 and D2 coaches from Nazareth, Springfield, Endicott, Curry, New England College, Emerson, and Southern New Hampshire.

The championship tournament on Sunday was a heated competition of best of 7 matchups.  The final came down to Nolan Vihlen of Christian Brothers (Tennessee) and Cole Yeager of Radnor, PA.  Vihlen edged Yeager 4-3 for the title win.  Vihlen is headed off next season to Villanova University, while Yeager is being recruited by several Ivy League and other Division 1 programs.

Players enjoyed two full days of comprehensive instruction on all FO moves and techniques, coupled with hundreds of reps against the best HS players around,  tutorials on scouting opponents through video breakdown, presentations on the recruiting process by Division 1 coaches, and on FO rules by certified collegiate officials.
